Hi, I’m Nadine. This is a little website dedicated to creative thinking about change and growth, be it on an individual level or for an organisation. The blog posts are written based on my experiences over my career thus far and life lessons from my personal pursuits.

I appreciate your feedback on my articles and which areas are of interest to you. I purposely do not have a social media account linked to the website as you probably spend enough time scrolling the ‘gram and here I encourage you to read, absorb, grow.

I have worked in executive and senior management in private and public sectors for more than 18 years. After completing a Masters of Business Administration in 2015, I discovered a passion for organisational psychology and change management, coupled with a keen interest to support others develop their leadership skills. Fortunately, I now lead business transformation programs for a large organisation. I work closely with Executive and senior leaders to drive change and improvement for the business.
